If you are feeling ill, please stay home for the safety of staff and others.

Each client will be educated on how to look after their lashes and an aftercare card will be handed to you along with a mascara wand.

Please do not chew gum during your appointment and refrain from drinking too much caffeine on the day of appointment to avoid fluttery eyes.

Arrive with your lashes cleansed if you want to get extra lash time.

All new clients must fill out a consult form and sign.

Limelight Eyelashes does not refill other technicians work.

𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒

Limelight Eyelashes takes a $50 booking fee that is NON REFUNDABLE. All booking fees for full sets will be $50 and refills $20.

𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘/𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately your appointment will be forfeited and your booking fee may be lost. If less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel then your booking fee will be forfeited. You must then secure another appointment time with another booking fee. This is to ensure you are on time to get the most satisfaction out of your appointment and to reduce the loss of staff working hours.

If you are not happy with your service, you will need to contact us within 48hrs for a fix up or removal. After 48hrs, many factors come into play and we will not be able to point out the exact cause. We strive to put put in our best efforts for every service.
